10 Janpath On Fire! Parties Fighting For Power

Written by Anurag Bhateja on May 22, 2009 – 10:36 am -

Confusion, talks, anger, no support, support from outside, market fluctuations and so much to see on news from last few days from the time when Congress proved herself as most dominating party in general elections 2009. I am watching the moves very carefully and was laughing on the way parties are ready to give support “without any condition” just to be in power.

Before the elections, left and other parties who really killed the last five years plans, are like standing no where. Though I wanted BJP to come in power but the aggression of last few days is making me excited to see what is in the future.

The most annoying and exciting thing to see is the USD price for me as on some points it is good for and on some points it is bad. Anyway, today the “PM” will take pledge and Shri. Manmohan Singh will come in power again. I do not want Chitambrum to come in finanace again. I do not want Mamta to handle railway. I do want Rahul to handle IT department as I believe he can handle IT section better than anybody else  as “Akhir khoon mein hai.”

But still I am afraid the Govt. will not last long as supportive parties are getting mad on Congress. Lets see what happens. I will keep and eye on the updates of govt and will keep on posting my views on different bills and work n Govt.

The time has come – Results today!

Written by Anurag Bhateja on May 16, 2009 – 12:48 am -

After wait of more than a month, the result of General Elections in India are about to come in next few hours. This time it is special for me for many reasons. First, this is first time I ever voted in general elections, secondly I got my voter card in Chandigarh making it easy for me for my upcoming plans to settle down properly in Chandigarh but above all this will be first time I will cover the passion of election results on my blog.

I am much concerned about the market as last time too much of fluctuation happened because of the unthoughtful change in govt. Everyone was thinking of comeback of NDA but UPA won. This time I want NDA to come back but the exit poles are scaring the nerves out of me. I do not wish that any other party gets more seats than BJP.

I do not want Congress to win just because RAHUL Gandhi is so cute or Priyanka Gandhi has good dressing sense! Come on people how can you think of this lolz. I saw a full feature on a channel on Priyanka’s dressing sense according to time. How they hyped the thing that she wore jeans or Saree! How can ladies just do “Dhakka Mukki” just to touch her? Is she some sort of Goddess?

Anyway, there is no use of blabbing these things now. What I want is clear and strict Govt (which is a dream though). Lets see what all happens in next few hours.

I have my fingers crossed.
