Well in my case its true. New generation of designers and writers which is coming in the market are becoming money minded and just want MONEY with no Quality return. In last few months I am facing this issue with my regular writers and designers. I used to believe them so much that I add stuff which they have given with a simple go through and without confirming the details. I think why should I check with so much detail when I am paying them! BUT BUT BEWARE! never believe anyone in the market. These people out there are are doing nothing but NO QUALITY WORK.
In last few yrs outsourcing work to India is flooding like hell and almost every new person in the field is trying his/her hands in freelance work for the experience as after gaining experience getting a job will be easy. But if the decrease in quality will go like this, we can expect the future of the market in coming few years.
Let me give you an example. I tried to get a PHP expert from India who can modify some wordpress plugins. I was interested in Indian coder as I wanted to pay by ICICI account. Well those bloody people charge so much these days as I HAD TO OUTSOUCE IT TO UKRAIN!!!! can you imagine? An Indian outsourcing PHP work! ha!
Now same happened with my old designer. I am not posting the project or person name as this will not be ethical. I asked him to fetch a HTML slice from a jpg. He said ok and charged me for design and HTML. As I was in hurry and have given number of projects to him, I missed to calculate the details properly and GOT CHEATED again. What they think I am fool or something?
What my old writer did? I have given details how to write but he is so … anyways leave it! I should not say bad words in my blog afterall 
I am in so much anger that I have decided to drop the designer as well as writer who are presently writing for me and will recruit new ones under salary system but not on pay per project base. Now what you people should keep in mind before recruiting anyone for the work is NEVER EVER RELAY ON THEM AND KEEP ON SEARCHING FOR BETTER POSSIBILITIES. The time is of HIRE AND FIRE! Never stick with one.

Well Amit I am not taking any names here and don’t even want to get into such stuff but we have chatted a long on this issue and i know you too will believe the way I do. Anyways this thing can be ended only by applying hie and fire rule even with the recruits on salary bases and I have already asked my lawyer to make a contract in that manner only so that I can’t get into trouble in any case.
