Congratulations Vijendra Singh for making us proud once more in Olympics this time. He won Bronze Medal Boxing in Beijing Olympics 2008.
After Abhinav Bindra (Gold in Shooting) and Sushil kumar (Bronze in Wrestling), Vijendra won the third medal for India.
Basically resident of Kaluwas village, 5 km from Bhiwani, Haryana, Sushil has gurentted the medal in 75 KG category against Carlos Góngora from Ecuador on 20th August. Unfortunalty he lost his semi final against Emilio from Cuba on 22nd Aug 2008. But nevertheless, he has won another medal for India!!
This time these players have given hope that in India, people will start thinking beyond Cricket now.
