Paypal Customer Care – Hats Off

Lets see… its been for four years, I am using paypal services for sending and receiving money from my clients and sometimes buying some scripts etc. Yesterday, somehow my account got limited and showed error that some third party accessed my account. As their security measure they limited my account and I was able to receive money but not send. In order to remove the limit I was asked to update some information and upload address proof.
