Craigslist.org — A Delight To Visit

I was surfing the Internet to find an apartment for my friend who is shifting to Canada in few days and found a very interesting website named Craigslist.org . I was amazed to see how much information it has! So I thought why not give it a review here. :)

Founded in 1995 as email distribution list by Craig Newmark, in 1996 it got online as a website. From that day till 2000, Craigslist got expanded in 9 US cities and by 2009 it has expanded to whooping 570 cities in 50 countries! Craigslist has about 28 employees which work day and night to keep it clean and a place worth search for classified ads. The best thing is its a free service. The main revenue source is paid ads from different cities whose prices vary from city to city.

Though company has never disclosed about the ownership and financial reports but it is believed that Newmark has the largest stake and ebay holds 25% of the stake in the company. Newmark has told Wall Street once that company do not believe in maximizing keeping the interest of the public on back foot. As per him, the website always try to help people in finding cars, apartments, dates and other services to their nearest location.

In 2009, Craigslist decided to drop exotic service section and replace it by Adult services. This section is paid @ USD 10 and can be renewed on USD 5. This decision comes after allegations by several US states that the erotic services ads were being used for prostitution.

vaccum Vacuum cleaners are always a delight for people like me who really mess with dirt around hehe. Jokes apart in the time when we need more than 24 hours everyday, we have to save time by reducing the total time spend on different things. Cleaning, though very important, takes a lot of time and needs patience to clear.

Buying vacuum cleaner can be a solution of the problem as it saves times and make it possible us to consume that saved time in something else. But what about the quality of vacuum cleaner? How to and what buy and which company is the best around you, is always a tricky question. While surfing the web, I found a very interesting website Vaccum Cleaner USA which provides detailed information on the companies that sells vacuum cleaners.

Formed in 2006, the website is providing a large amount on information on how to and what to buy for the best results. The website is also listed on Americasbest.com . There are some noticeable sections on the website which attracted me a lot. First thing is buying guide. Ofcourse it is the first step! The first thing which came in my mind was “Wow they also do comparison on buying and renting thing!” Actually at first glance I thought they just tell what to buy buy they also tell the users if they should or should not rent the particular vacuum cleaner.

You split coffee/ice cream/or something like that on carpet? Find the best way to clean it on this website! The cleaning tips section is just awesome! Manufacturers like Sharp, Dirt Devil, Dyson, Eureka, Panasonic, Rainbow etc are well reviewed on the website and Vacuum Cleaner Ratings add another star to the website!

As they say, every family has different cleaning needs depending on their size, locality, number of children and a lot others. If a person spend a little time on the website to figure out which vacuum cleaner will suit the best for his/her needs, s/he won’t regret visiting the website.

Make Money Next (Website review of makemoneynext.com)

Today I came across a new website named makemoneynext[dot][com]. Personally, or I should say normally I HATE websites which claim to be a teaching source for Adsense and all. The information they give is way less than I am having. Moreover in end they ask for $$ to give rest of the “hidden details” about the programs and all to make more money than I am making right now.

But this one is bit different so I thought its good to share a website like this which gives reviews about a program and give its complete details without asking for a single penny! The website is launched by Amit Bhawani, a well known blogger who is always interested in revealing his money making secrets and still making more money than others! (Ok, I agree I envy on him.)

Anyway, its better if I get back to give my views on the website. The first thing I noticed about the website is the navigation of the website. Being based on wordpress, it is simple, without much graphics, full of content and very easy to navigate. The whole system is divided into different categories like PPC Programs (Pay per click), CPM (Cost per million), CPA (Cost per action) and affiliates which makes it easy to look for the things which a particular person like to check.

Another best thing which I like to bring in notice is the easy language. The writer is not using any “super technical” words which a layman can not understand making it accessible for everyone. For a person who wants to be a professional blogger, the Problogger Tips available on the website will bring a major change in the way he/she treats the blog owned.

From the last many years, Google Adsense is still the best paying advertising solution for a webmaster and the Google Adsense Tips are way better than those cheap money asking websites. Even if you are a newbie to the world of Internet and making money online, this website will help you in a way or another to increase the potential of the revenue generation.
