How To Configure POP3 in Gmail

Configuring Mail Account in Gmail
>> Login to your Gmail Account
>> Click on settings
>> Click on accounts
>> Under Get mail from other accounts, click on Add another mail account
>> Write the mail ID like info@yourdomain.com
>> Fill username: Your mail ID
>> Password: –password–
>> Check “Leave a copy of retrieved message on the server” if you want to keep copy of the mail on server else leave it unchecked.
>> Leave “Always use a secure connection (SSL) when retrieving mail” unchecked.
>> Check Label incoming messages and select new label from drop down.
>> Write label say yourdomain
>> Click on next.
>> Select “Yes, I want to be able to send mail as admin@yourdomain.com” so that you can send mails by this ID.
>> Click on next step.
>> Fill the desired name from which you want reply mails like Anurag Bhateja
>> Click on send verification
>> Close this window
>> Refresh your gmail inbox
>> Open mail with confirmation mail in your inbox.
>> Click on the link provided.

Now you are all set to use your server mail ID on Gmail. You can see the new mails just by login your gmail account. It will be directly delivered to the folder you have selected.
